After well-known Blogger, Fr Z posted the video on his website the parish's Facebook page has been visited almost 800,000 times and has been inundated with comments denouncing its use of the drone.

Most are in Portuguese, but the few English language reviews include:

Amor, who plays rugby, soccer and hockey, was kicking a ball around on the field with some mates and decided to take a punt at the flying camera.

"I thought I was going to miss by a mile," he said.

He was shocked to see the football sail directly into his target and knock the drone out of the sky.
