On Saturday past students of Marist Brothers High School Suva marked the end of the school’s 75th anniversary celebrations with a bazaar. Old Boys President Nesbitt Hazelman said they raised more than $40,000 but expected more after the bazaar.
Hazelman said the bazaar was to bring months of fundraising for a new club house and various projects for the school, to an end.
“We’ve had a long celebration with the MoBulaise in Nadi and the 75th anniversary celebration proper in Suva. Today (Saturday) we bring all the fundraising to an end with some food, good music and a good catch-up with friends and former school mates,” he said.
