Twenty-six pilgrims representing the Catholic Youth of American Samoa Diocese of Samoa Pago Pago are among the more than 2 million youth from around the world, who attended World Youth Day 2011 in Madrid, Spain, held August 16- 21 – a Catholic event focused on youth. The American Samoa Catholic Youth group, led by Director of Youth Rev. Malaki Timu, FK left the territory a week ago Thursday (Aug. 11) and arrived in Madrid Sunday morning (Aug. 14).
